Teacher Work Order
This Google Form can only be viewed with MPS email credentials.

WorkOrder/Ticket Reasons and Expectations

Just a reminder about submitting WorkOrder/Ticket:
1) you should try to always work with another IT student when performing technical help in a classroom or the IT Lab.
2) Make sure you take some jot notes to illustrate the fact that you a.) assessed the situation, b.) brainstormed ideas to mitigate the issue, and c.) document the mitigation. You will need a writing utensil (pen or pencil or marker,) a piece of paper (scratch or 8.5X11,) and your cellphone to take a pic of your jot notes.
3) Submit a work order that is in Google Classroom.  As always, feel free to speak with me concerning anything dealing with your assignments and work orders.

Remember that these WorkOrder/Ticket are documentation of your REAL WORLD experiences you have had throughout your high school career, they carry weight in the real world and will be invaluable when you interview for jobs in the distant future. That being said, even if you have all the major grades you need for the grading period you are expected to help with computer issues. Think of it as a medical professionals walking by a person choking or bleeding. They will stop to help. We will do the same.
